This study explores the performance of micro-textured tools when cutting GH4169 during spray cooling. First, morphologies micro-textures were selected according to simulation and experiments. Secondly, experiments carried out As appropriate for each experiment, regression models force, temperature, or tool wear area established, variance analysis was conducted. The functions obtained from respective models. Based on these functions, micro-texture parameters optimized using response surface method with rake face as objectives. Finally, a full factor experiment designed Minitab, conducted parameters.
